Yes. The full foundation program is free for every selected applicant. Advanced specializations may have a nominal fee, which many nannies choose to take after they start earning.

Earnings depend on your city, the type of work (hourly, live-in, specialized care), and your certifications. During onboarding, our team will walk you through the rate card for your area.
Yes. Every parent on Hey Shishu is ID-verified, every booking is tracked, and you have a direct line to our care manager during every shift.
